Step 1/4: Terms and Condition

1. The tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
2. If you purchase the ticket and you’re not able to attend the festival due to trip or any other issue, the Mandali is not liable to refund the tickets, however we shall try to help you out by reselling the tickets.
3. The Mandali reserves the right to change or alter any of the programmes without any prior information’s. Also changes if any shall be notified in our official Facebook page only.
4. The Mandali allocates the seating’s according to first come first serve basis and we reserve the right in seating arrangement.
5. Allocation of the seats will be based on serial numbers (Not Applicable to Reserved Class Season Tickets).
6. Recording & live streaming of concerts by the ticket holders, is strictly prohibited and people indulged in the act will be strictly prosecuted.
7. The Mandali reserves the right to add any terms and condition from time to time.
8. Patrons and donors can avail 80g option shall, however such donations will not be eligible for refund or cancellation or shall not be considered advance for next year.
9. The Mandali is not responsible for any belongings of the ticket holders at the venue.
10. The Reservation Acknowledgement Slip must be exchanged with tickets at the Pandal office, the date shall be notified via sms.
11. Season ticket holders are kindly requested to carry the season tickets on all the days.
12. Season ticket holders are requested to kindly report to the Grievance cell at the Pandal if you find someone else occupying your seat.
13. We are committed to provide your goodself the best experience which requires your gracious support and hence we request you to kindly occupy your seats by 6 pm.
14. Kindly note that this contract between the Mandali and the ticket holder is subject to the Force Majeure clause i.e. if the Mandali is not able to fulfil the contract due to any uncontrollable elements such as war, adverse weather conditions, pandemic, epidemic to name a few, within the proposed schedule, then the Mandali reserves the right to change the dates or postpone the same.
15. The ticket amount shall not be refunded for any reason. If the Mandali is not in a position to host the season offline due to government regulations, the Mandali reserves right to conduct the same virtually and no amount shall be refunded for the same.
